Mac OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) Support

We have been investigating issues with getting CameraRC Deluxe to connect cameras on OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) and have determined this is an issue with compatibility between the Nikon provided SDK and the OSX operating system. It appears that the Nikon libraries will no longer connect to the cameras. From what we can tell CameraRC Deluxe is not the only program facing this issue, we have seen reports that other tethering solutions are having a similar problem (https://nikonrumors.com/2015/10/05/tethering-nikon-cameras-with-lightroom-6cc-2015-on-el-capitan-os-is-not-working.aspx/).
