Update on Mac OSX 10-11 (El Capitan) support

Nikon today released their new SDKs that support El Capitan. The new SDKs support all previous Nikon Cameras except the D40, D40X, D60, D80, and D200. Here at CameraRC we are planning to release the update to support El Capitan in our Deluxe Edition sometime in January of 2016. We have quite a bit of work to do both to integrate with the new SDK and test the updates.
