    Hey guys, I’ve been using RC Deluxe with great results – especially using its bracketing and HDR – but yesterday it suddenly stopped connecting to my Nikon D610. When I connect, it just says “Loading Settings from D610.” but nothing happens and the app seems to be not responding.

    It has worked for months, but now has stopped. What can I do to fix this? I am using Version 2.2.0.

    If you are using a Mac the most likely issue is that you booted the system with the camera connected and turned on. For some reason the Nikon libraries refuse to connect under these conditions, though CameraRC Deluxe does see the camera is connected to the USB. Try stopping CameraRC and then turning the camera off and back on again, then start CameraRC. If you continue to have an issue please contact us using the support email.
