Some of the text and graphics are being cut off in the windows, and you can not scroll or widen the window to see it.
I think you will find this is only the case when there is no camera connected. Once a camera is connected some of the settings are invalid between various camera models and so all of the settings will be visible. For example, the D3/D300/D700 use the “Live View Mode” but not the “Live View Selector” while camera models that use the “Live View Selector” do not use the “Live View Mode”. The program dynamically removes unused controls depending on the camera model. .
