A new version of CameraRC Deluxe is released today that contains two bug fixes – There is a major fix for crashes when starting the program with the D7200 under some circumstances, and a minor fix to an issue with with the program’s “LCD Display” not displaying any information when the program is first started. We are happy to announce that CameraRC Deluxe now supports the El Capitan release of OSX. We thank everyone for their patience in waiting for us to complete the update – it is very important to us to spend significant time testing the major changes that were required. The new Version is available for immediate download. Note that El Capitan does not support the D40, D40X, D60, D80, and D200; CameraRC will continue to support these camera models but only on versions of OSX prior to El Capitan.
A new version of CameraRC Deluxe was released today that fixes a couple of crash situations seen on Windows 10 systems that were using DirectX 12. Nikon today released their new SDKs that support El Capitan. The new SDKs support all previous Nikon Cameras except the D40, D40X, D60, D80, and D200. Here at CameraRC we are planning to release the update to support El Capitan in our Deluxe Edition sometime in January of 2016. We have quite a bit of work to do both to integrate with the new SDK and test the updates.
